This one-off creation was unveiled during Ferrari Racing Days at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas\u2014and it&#8217;s pretty epic.<\/p>\n<p>Built through Ferrari\u2019s Special Projects program, the HC25 is based on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motor1.com\/reviews\/697141\/ferrari-f8-review\/\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\" data-type-id=\"0\" data-params=\"%7B%22article_edition_id%22%3A%22697141%22%2C%22section%22%3A%222%22%2C%22alias%22%3A%22ferrari-f8-review%22%7D\">F8 Spider<\/a> but takes the brand\u2019s mid-engine V8 formula in a much more dramatic direction. The bodywork is sharper, cleaner, and more geometric, while still keeping the aggressive proportions Ferrari\u2019s mid-engine cars are known for. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motor1.com\/ferrari\/\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\" data-type-id=\"2\" data-params=\"%7B%22alias%22%3A%22ferrari%22%7D\">Ferrari<\/a> says the goal was to reinterpret the classic V8 roadster by combining inspiration from the brand\u2019s heritage with styling cues that hint at future models like the F80 and 12Cilindri.<\/p>\n<p>One of the standout details is the gloss-black band running over the entire car, visually separating the front and rear sections. It\u2019s not just for looks, either\u2014it also integrates the engine cooling intakes and heat outlets. Along the sides, sculpted lines flow from the rear fenders toward the front, giving the car a strong sense of motion even when standing still.<\/p>\n<p>The headlights are unique to the HC25 and feature new lighting technology for Ferrari. The matte Moonlight Gray exterior color carries over into the interior materials, while yellow accents\u2014inspired by Ferrari\u2019s badges and brake calipers\u2014appear in the stitching and various trim details.<\/p>\n<p>The wheels were also designed specifically for the HC25. Their five-spoke design features a diamond-cut outer edge with darker finishes that make the wheels appear even larger.
